#Teampriiincesss is back with our first New York & Company Style Challenge of the year!!! This month’s style challenge features the Cher Sequin Pencil Skirt for the Eva Mendes Collection. The skirt features shimmering sequins in multicolored stripes. It’s super sleek, and has the perfect pencil silhouette.

Just in case you’re new to my blog, let me explain the New York & Company Style Challenge. Every month Priiincesss of Priiincesss, Nelle of Embracingnelle, and I style a specific piece from New York & Company three different ways. I’m always stressing the importance of versatility in the pieces that I purchase, so I love the idea of styling one piece multiple ways.

This month’s challenge was a “challenge” for me in multiple ways. It was hard finding this sequin pencil skirt in-store, and they didn’t have my size (at first) online. So, I guess it’s safe to say that this skirt is a popular piece for New York & Company. Also, I found it hard to create a Winter look with this skirt. In my opinion, it looks more “spring-ish”.

Once I finally got my hand on this skirt, I went into New York & Company to see if I could find a top to match. This one from the Gabrielle Union Collection was perfect! I added my white pumps that I’ve had for years, but have never worn. And I decided that I would give you the perfect look to wear to church when we finally start back going.

It’s a look! Next month will be my turn to choose a piece! I can’t wait to show you what piece I choose for #Teampriiincesss to style!

Tomorrow, I will be doing a recap of all of our looks with this skirt on Priiincesss.com as well. Stay tuned!
