Happy Monday! It’s a beautiful day, and I am ready to share some of my latest thrift store finds with you. After a three month hiatus, I finally made it back to the thrift store. I will say that my experience at the thrift store before and after COVID-19 has been starkly different. This time around, I had to wear my mask, of course, and there were arrows down each aisle that told you which direction to walk. The biggest difference was that the dressing rooms were closed. So, we can no longer try on the clothes before buying them. I wasn’t happy about that at all. I mean, trying on the pieces and guessing whether or not they will fit is a part of the excitement of thrifting. Well, now you have to bring the pieces home to try them on. But, there is an extended day return policy.
Anyways, I did find a few good pieces!!! And below, I’m showing you how I styled them! Check them out!
White Maxi Button-Front Dress + Croc Embossed Clutch

This long white button dress is perfect for Summer. It has a linen feel, and is super breathable. I styled it as a top. But it can also be worn over a cute tank with some shorts or even as a swimsuit cover up!
Floral Print Shirt + Croc Embossed Clutch

I am totally into these 80s/90s floral print blouses! I always find at least one whenever I visit the thrift store. My favorite way to wear them is by tying the bottom part and creating a cropped look. This top gave me Miami/Cuba vibes. It’s definitely a cute summer date night look. This black embossed clutch is another one of my thrift store finds, and I know I’m going to wear it with everything this summer!
Olive Trouser Pants

These pants are everything y’all!!! I found them in the men’s section at the thrift store. They fit so good! And I’ve found so much style inspo for them. I’m definitely going to do a “5 Ways to Style” video for them in the near future. The olive green trouser pants are very trendy right now, and they are not cheap. I’ve seen some at about $70. Mine were $7! How good is that?!?!
I paired them with the cute t-shirt from Zara and my red bag that I purchased years ago from Topshop. Issa look!
That’s all folks!!! I hope you enjoyed this post!!! Which look was your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
Thank you so much for reading this post!
